1.  How to schedule a Telehealth appointment?

 

In order to use telehealth services from us, you can either use our patient portal or a videoconferencing app such as Zoom, Hangouts, and other platforms (except Facebook Messenger) on your phone or computer.

Adding onto that, Please feel free to call our office to reschedule your appointment to a later date if you are unable to comply with the restrictions below, or if you would simply like to limit your potential exposure. We will maintain regular office hours from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Please call 785-539-8700 to reschedule.

 

In other words, we are still contacting patients via telecommunication. Our staff communicates through the mediums of phones and computers.
