Patient Portal features secure messaging, online bill pay & more

The Manhattan Medical Group Patient Portal is a reflection of your medical history with us. It features safe, secure messaging with our clinical staff, online bill pay, and access to your medical history.

Only your medical history with Manhattan Medical Group providers is available in our portal. That includes Heart and Vascular Clinics, Vein Clinic of Kansas, MMG Primary Care and MMG Walk-In Clinic.

How to access the portal

You can request access to our patient portal in the following ways:

  1. Tell our staff you would like to activate the patient portal during your next appointment (you will need to provide your email address).

  2. For new patients, provide your email address and request access on your New Patient Paperwork.

  3. Call 785-539-4676 or fill out an online form. Request access by providing your email address on the form. You will receive access within 24 hours of your request.

Once your account is active, you will receive a welcome email (check your spam folder if you don’t see it). The email will include instructions on how to access the portal.

Online access

To view the web portal, visit

Login with the information from your welcome email. If you do not know your login information, contact us to reset it and trigger a new email to you with instructions for logging in the first time.

Mobile app

  1. Download the free Healow app from the Apple and Google app stores on your smartphone or tablet.

  2. Enter the code CJDJBA.

  3. Then you will be promoted for your login information from the welcome email.

Additional features

Additional features of the portal include:

  • Upcoming appointment list and history of past appointments

  • A log of your medical history including labs and tests ordered and appointment notes

  • Secure messaging with our clinical staff, including medication refill requests, lab requests and referral questions

  • Online bill pay and view of current and past statements

  • Ability to update your contact information between appointments so we can always reach you
